Creation of the BIM Execution Plan for the workflow and coordination with partner architect KPF.

Initial set up of the models. Set processes to improve the efficiency of the team and achieve consistency between the different sub-teams

Assist with the production of documentation. Assist with the production of models for visualisation. Manage the exchange of models with local architects

Collaborate with the Computational Design team to elaborate work processes for the develop of the massing, translating the Rhyno + Grasshopper scripts into Revit Mass and elements.
