Role in the Project

  • Dates: From April 2014, assisting with BIM onwards

Develop the BIM Execution Plan

Rebuild models during change of stages, Rebuild and Coordinate with Explore (prefabricated concrete panels company) the panelisation of the facade achieving the most efficient model for both companies.

Set processes to improve the efficiency of the team and achieve consistency between the different sub-teams

Manage the exchange of models with consultants. Run Navisworks clash detection with consultants. Production of models for visualisation. Manage the exchange of models with consultants and engineers

  • Architectural Technician / Design assistant

Developing envelope packages technical drawings, details, specifications, coordination with MEP and structural engineers.

Production of documentation. Develop the Technical design of the exterior components of the building. Develop specifications for the exterior components of the building. Coordination with structural engineers. Coordination with MEP for plant design and incoming services
